The same is true for those who work alongside us in the restoration process. We believe in the old adage, “Knowledge is Power”. We offer complimentary CE courses to our clients and service partners on topics related to reducing loss of use and operational expense geared toward insurance professionals.
Each of ACR’s Project Managers and Technicians boasts both fundamental and specialty certifications, all of which are updated annually with the latest techniques. ACR has two Certified Restorers (CR) and three Water Loss Specialists (WLS) on staff; these are the highest educational accomplishments and certifications available from the RIA (the Restoration Industry Association) and the IICRC (the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). These professionals are certified instructors for the Illinois Department of Insurance among others.
