Property & Casualty Insurance

When it comes to claims management, you need your partners and vendors to respond immediately, complete high-quality work, and most of all, do this with no additional hassles and complications.

WHEN A LARGE LOSS OCCURS, IT’S CRITICAL TO HAVE THE RIGHT PARTNER BY YOUR SIDE TO MANAGE COST, SPEED, & RISK.

ACR helps insurance professionals reduce claims costs and loss ratios

We make the claims process more efficient from start to finish by streamlining typical industry processes by providing detailed documentation and inspection on the front end, so projects move quickly at the back end.

In addition, using ACR’s proprietary Roadmap to Success paired with industry technologies like Matterport Mobile allows our team to give adjusters 3D images in real-time, which proactively prevents multiple site visits.

By using Dash Project Management software, we’re able to keep communication transparent and up to date for the insureds. Utilizing software like Xactimate, Symbility, Encircle, MICA, and more allow us to provide you with the detailed documentation you need to close files quickly and accurately, saving you time and money.

MAINTAINING OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY

The volatile nature of widespread weather events has forced insurance carriers to double their efforts to control claim costs. This puts adjusters and all other claims professionals in a precarious situation, caught between serving the needs of the policyholder and delivering pre-loss condition of a property.

There is indeed a way to satisfy both sides and ACR hits the mark by focusing on planning, mitigation, and recovery first, before tear-out and replacement are even considered.

ACR’s clients appreciate that keeping their businesses on track is paramount and consumes every minute of every day to accomplish. But there are innumerable ways that operational continuity can be thwarted.

For each project, there is no greater risk than the possibility of loss-of-use over an incorrectly handled loss recovery or capital improvement project that disrupts the entire property.

CONSTRUCTION & Insurance repair

ACR’s focus is to approach losses with a mitigation-first mindset, bringing the people, systems and experience needed to restore your business, school or property, while reducing loss of use and operational expense.

Some losses push structural materials beyond their limits of recovery, forcing the need to remove and replace those materials. In these cases, ACR applies the same principles of efficient project management, data driven processes, and decades of experience to complete reconstruction as quickly and disruption-free as possible.

Our Construction & Insurance Repair Team goes beyond the expected by leveraging well-established strategic partners to develop customized solutions that deliver successful results and a seamless claims process for the property owner and the insurance adjuster or claims advocate.
