PRIORITY Response AGREEMENT
ACR’s Priority Response Agreement helps give our clients priority response and expert care when an unplanned emergency arises, especially in times of a catastrophic weather event.
With the execution of this Agreement, ACR and (hereinafter "the Customer") establish a relationship with the following specific protocol for proactive priority response for restoration and repair services of Customer's potential future property loss(es).
In the event of a property loss, the Customer will engage ACR through the following protocol:
- To start work, the Customer will call ACR’s 24/7 Emergency Response Number 
 (866) 645-1165 and give the customer's name, location of the loss, nature of the loss,
 and the contact information for the onsite contact.
- An ACR team member will contact the customer to gather any additional information needed to effectively form an appropriate response, assemble the team and begin the mitigation process. 
- ACR will prepare a formal Service Agreement (SA) to be approved and signed by the Customer or a designated representative. The SA will define the scope of the emergency services to be provided by ACR to the customer including but not limited to: payment authorization, key internal & external emergency contacts, utility/system location information, and the building’s structural details. 
- Upon completion of the formal Service Agreement, ACR’s team will complete the agreed-upon work as outlined.
