I wanted to take a quick moment to thank you for your efforts in our time of need. As you know, when you walked into my facility, the scene was not pretty, and when a nursing home has to go through a full evacuation, there are only two things on your mind: How will I ever get this place cleaned up so the residents can feel safe and comfortable again, and how fast can I get it done so we can get back in business? One phone call and a 30 minute visit was all it took and the rest was up to you guys. I have been told by many people how amazed they were that we were able to get the job done as well and as quickly as we did!

The time and effort that you guys put in (even during a holiday weekend) was truly what made it happen for us. Words cannot express how grateful all 90 of our residents are for the job you did.

On the administrative side of things, I would like to say how much I appreciate the oversight and guidance that you gave to the job and how well you communicated day to day with me about the status of things and exactly what was being done. This level of communication was what made it possible for us to got those things done on our side to assure we had even less time that we were closed.

I hope to never need your services again, but rest assured, when anyone asks me who to call in times of need or in the event I would have another catastrophe come up, I already know where to go.
