ACR presents a day of Continuing Education for Church Mutual Insurance

ACR proudly presented a trio of continuing education seminars exclusively for Church Mutual Insurance on September 23rd. As part of our initiative in expanding the reach of ACR's continuing education, which now includes 11 states, we accept numerous invitations for private seminars for our department of insurance-accredited presentations on top level protocol for water damage mitigation, fire damage restoration and mold remediation.

The subjects have direct pertinence in the effective management of claims from the insurance industry perspective, in that proper procedure and strict adherence to IICRC, RIA, EPA and OSHA best practices, as well as unyielding belief on restoration over reconstruction (unless absolutely required for recovery), all point toward lower claim costs, faster pre-loss condition and far less disruption and/or business interruption.

Attendance was robust and we'd like to note there were many excellent questions and comments. It is among ACR's missions to inform those in the insurance profession about ways to keep escalating claim costs in check, provide better client service (thereby bettering retention), and restore more structural elements and contents.
