This 2 hour course will show participants:

The cleaning and deodorizing procedures of a fire loss

Exploration of the four types of smoke, their characteristics and behavior and how they impact structures.

A review of site inspection procedures

A review of contents processing

Evaluate fire restoration equipment & supplies to analyze their importance & role in the restoration process.

Hands on demonstration of the various cleaning procedures (ultra-sonic cleaning, painted surfaces, textiles).
The course culminates with a complete understanding of A C R’s goal of protecting the loss ratios on a fire loss.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about fire damage claims while obtaining continuing education credits.
