This 2 hour course will have participants:

Identify & name the basic face fibers of carpet

Summarize the correct cleaning methods to use on each type.

Review the proper cleaning procedures set forth by the IICRC S100 Standard Reference Guide For Professional Carpet Cleaning.

Address staining and spotting techniques and proper removal.

This course will take participants through live demonstrations and provide a comprehensive understanding of the basic cleaning techniques in an up-beat and continually moving presentation held at a premier partner showroom - Lewis Floor and Home in Northbrook, IL.
