A C R adds 3 new employees to team
September 15, 2009

A C R has expanded its team and added 3 new valuable employees in Production, Sales and Marketing.  A C R has grown to over 40 full-time employees to reaffirm its commitment to superior restoration services. 

Brian Brandendburg joined A C R in June 2009 as a Project Manager in the Fire and Mold division.  Brian handles scheduling crews, inspecting, estimating and securing losses.  In addition he maintains communication with homeowners, adjusters and business that are working with A C R to recover a loss.   

Brian is new to the restoration industry and has recently completed IICRC training courses OCT (Odor Control Technician) and FSRT (Fire and Smoke Remediation Technician).  He will be completing courses in September for WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) in October.   Brian has become an invaluable part of the ACR team and has already earned Employee of the Month for his dedication and commitment to learn the restoration business and the processes at A C R.  We are proud to have Brian as part of our team.

In the sales department, Ellen Carney joined the team in July 2009 handling Client Relation.  Ellen is new to the restoration industry; with prior experience in Information Technology sales to Fortune 100 and 500 companies.  Ellen is responsible for initiating, developing, and maintaining client relationships with commercial property managers, facilities managers, insurance agents, insurance adjusters, and individual property owners.   Ellen is looking forward to assisting ACR’s clients in Illinois and Wisconsin. 

Grace Ramon joined A C R in July 2009 as Marketing Coordinator.  Working under the direction of the Managing Director Jim O’Callaghan, Grace is responsible for creating new and innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen the ACR brand name and to grow market share.   Grace will be managing all communication outlets (online, print, email) as well as expanding A C R’s presence in local, regional and national tradeshows and speaking engagements. 

Grace is new to the restoration industry but brings to A C R over 13 years of marketing and communications experience for both mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies.   She has already begun to learn more about the industry by following our technicians out to job sites and filming the procedures to document and provide podcasts and learning tools for future use.    We are excited to have Grace join our team and expand our marketing efforts.
