Seeking a Sales Professional
ACR, Inc. seeks a Sales Professional with significant outside sales experience and verifiable excellence in results. We value personal drive, ethical behavior and relentless diligence, as well as a genuinely friendly and personable demeanor.
Experience in the insurance, commercial flooring or other service-oriented industry is a plus.
ACR, Inc., founded in 1986, is a rapidly growing company specializing in restorative cleaning and disaster recovery for water and fire damage, mold remediation, trauma and biohazard clean up, as well as a specialized cleaning division. ACR believes strongly in internal and external continuing education, professional certification and extraordinary service and communication.
Requirements
ACR prefers a degreed individual with excellent communications skills. Required competency includes prospecting, advanced relationship building and networking, closing agreements and contracts, reporting and strategic account management. Computer literacy is a must with ACT! or other CRM experience highly preferred. This individual must also understand and work profitably within the complex sales cycle in which ACR operates.
The incumbent must be behaviorally self-motivated and bear a vision of consistent and continual growth.
